An organization headed by Jeffrey Franklin, the creator of sitcom “Full Home,” picked up extra land to construct a waterfront palace on the Venetian Islands in Miami.
The 13,382-square-foot lot at 1236 S. Venetian Means was offered for $13 million by 1236 South Venetian Drive LLC, managed by Daniel Kodsi, CEO of Miami-based Royal Palm Cos., one of many builders concerned in Miami Worldcenter. The customer was 1234 Venetian LLC, managed by Franklin.
